2007
JONES FAMILY ORTHODONTICS ESTABLISHED
Our orthodontic practice opened in Monroe on October 19th, 2007. Our original logo was based on Monroe scenery including the beautiful trees, mountains and rivers in our community.
DR. JONES BECOMES BOARD CERTIFIED
The American Board of Orthodontics Certification is a voluntary credential that represents an orthodontist’s personal and public commitment to the standards of specialty practice and lifelong learning. The ABO Certification process requires the completion of peer-developed, externally validated written and clinical examinations. Board Certification is confirmation of an orthodontist’s personal commitment to providing lifelong quality patient care. Dr. Jones was re-certified in 2020.
2013
SKY VALLEY STUDY CLUB FOUNDED
The Sky Valley Interdisciplinary Study Club was founded by Dr. Jones with the purpose of furthering the education and communication between dental professionals in our community.
2016
DR. JONES BECOMES PRESIDENT OF WSSO
The first mission of the Washington State Society of Orthodontists is to support orthodontists in Washington by providing quality continuing education. Dr. Jones served on the WSSO board starting in 2011, culminating in presidency in 2016.
DR. JONES SERVES ON CLINICAL ADVISORY BOARD AT AMERICAN ORTHODONTICS
American Orthodontics partners with industry renowned orthodontists like Dr. Jones to bring you fresh insight, cutting-edge techniques, product innovation and continuing education.
DR. JONES BECOMES A TOPDENTIST
TopDentists is a peer surveyed directory of top dental professionals. The selection process starts by asking thousands of dentists and specialists to help determine who belongs on the topDentists list. Dr. Jones has remained on the topDentists list every year since 2016.
2017
JONES FAMILY ORTHODONTICS GOES DIGITAL WITH AN INTRAORAL SCANNER
Intraoral scanners replace traditional orthodontic impressions and further our mission to stay on top of cutting-edge technologies.
2018
JONES FAMILY ORTHODONTICS INSTALLS A 3D PRINTER
Orthodontic models can be printed at our office and clear aligners can be made on site.
UPDATED LOGO AND CUSTOM T-SHIRTS
DR. JONES BECOMES A RECOGNIZED KOIS SPECIALIST
The mission of the Kois Center is: “Enabling motivated dentists to achieve extraordinary levels, expanding knowledge and application skills in restorative dentistry.” A Recognized Specialist is a participant who has completed the designated Primary Curriculum and Elective Courses pertaining to their specialized dental education.

DR. JONES IS INVITED TO BE A MEMBER OF THE ANGLE SOCIETY
The missions of the Angle Society Northwest Component are to foster camaraderie amongst members, to offer encouragement and mentoring to our members to achieve excellence in clinical care, and to promote the advancement of our specialty through research and critical thinking.
Membership to the Angle Society is selected from the broader orthodontic community and is composed of individuals recognized for their ability and commitment to advancing the specialty of orthodontics.
Admission is by invitation only. To achieve full membership, an orthodontist must submit multiple cases for peer review over a period of two to three years, culminating in the presentation of an oral case report at a society meeting.
Today, the Angle Society includes more than 660 members—representing approximately 5% of orthodontists in North America, along with over 70 members practicing internationally.
DR. JONES SHARES HIS PASSION FOR ORTHODONTICS IN ARIZONA
Dr. Jones recently spent the morning in Arizona doing what he loves most—connecting with fellow orthodontists and sharing his expertise. Through collaboration and continued education, he stays at the forefront of the latest techniques to bring the highest level of care back to our patients.
